About

My favorite thing about design is that it is always evolving and ever-changing.

Hello!

I am a designer and visual communicator based in the Tampa Bay area.

Originally from Tennessee, I moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2013 where I studied graphic design in Portland, OR.

I obtained my degree in Graphic Arts and Digital Media Design with a concentration in Web Design and began working at a Vancouver- based marketing and consulting agency that specializes in the growth and development of gift card programs. Throughout my time at Powerhouse Brands Consulting I was challenged and able to flourish and grow as a designer. I was given the opportunity to learn from experts in the business and to work closely with exciting brands such as adidas, Taco Bell, Crate & Barrel, Ulta Beauty, Tractor Supply Company, Grubhub and more. Projects I have worked on include strategy and collaboration to develop user-friendly experiences for buying and selling gift cards; advertising campaigns; website and digital media design; branding & identity projects; content creation; large format print designs; and gift card designs.

In 2020, my family and I embarked on a cross-country move from the beautiful State of Washington to sunny Florida. In the Spring of 2022 I made the decision to part from Powerhouse Brands and work as a Freelance Designer on my own. This opened the doors to exciting new opportunities allowing me to venture down new design paths.

As a designer in this ever-changing industry, I am constantly searching for new ways to push my boundaries and keep up-to-date with trends. I work across different media and platforms and look at every experience as an opportunity to learn something new.

Beyond the computer screen, I am a mom to three amazing and energetic boys. Together, we enjoy fun-filled weekends and all things outdoors. I love to travel and explore new places, eat new foods and meet new people.

Also, I am always in search for the best Thai food.

Everything you can imagine is real.
